LICENSING:
The S/A technology can be licensed; however Sim-Addicts will
continue to own the intellectual property but will license
it or parts of it. This would include any parts or all firmware
source, API source, board layout or PCB prototype source files
for a developer to implement and modify as sees fit.
Sim-Addicts would give the developer access to the same developmental
resources Sim-Addicts have. The developer will have full control
of how they implement, build, enhance, and sale the technology.
The developer will have the ability to perform the mentioned
tasks without any interaction (outside of royalties incurred)
with Sim-Addicts; however, Sim-Addicts will continue to invite
and accept that the developer maintains a working relationship
with Sim-Addicts. Sim-Addicts will continue to develop
and enhance the S/A platform technology and continue to own
exclusive rights to use and sale as Sim-Addicts deems so.
Sim-Addicts will ask that the license be paid on a per unit
royalty basis. Sim-Addicts would like to ask the developer
to evaluate this offer and on good faith Sim-Addicts will
review, upon request, technology specific information needed
to the developer for determination on the developer's part
whether the S/A technology or part of the technology can be
manufactured or implemented to meet the developer's projects
price goal and scope. As for the royalty fee's incurred
to Sim-Addicts for the use of the S/A technology or part of,
Sim-Addicts would ask the developer to evaluate their cost
to produce, profit margins, and overall product revenue gains
which would incur from the use of the S/A technology.
Sim-Addicts will then evaluate the scope of use with
the developer and provide a royalty price quote as needed.
A lot of long hours and hard work went into the development
of the S/A technology, Sim-Addicts are very proud of their
accomplishments. Sim-Addicts does not want the technology
to fall to the way side and would be gracious to see developers
